WHAT THIS CLASS IS
A one-hour live
walk-through of Grok Bot.
Grok Bot is a new AI assistant from xAI, the company behind Grok. Unlike a chatbot, it can sign in to the apps you already use and do the admin there: tidy job notes, draft replies, plan tomorrow. It checks with you before anything goes out.
Daniel will run five everyday admin jobs live on screen, using made-up jobs and customers. Watch along, or follow along on your own account.
- For sole traders and small crews who do the paperwork at night.
- No tech skills needed. Plain English, step by step.
- You leave knowing which jobs to hand over, and which to keep.

A few good questions.
Is it really free?
Yes. The class is free. You can watch the demonstrations without a Grok Bot account. Your own Grok Bot access is separate if you want to follow along. Check current Grok Bot access.
What does it cost to follow along?
The class costs nothing. To use Grok Bot yourself you need one of Grok’s paid plans, which start at US$30 a month for Premium. xAI lists it for Mac, Windows and iPhone. Prices and devices can change, so check xAI’s Grok Bot page before you sign up.
Do I need any experience?
No coding or automation experience needed. We’ll work through each example together. A laptop is useful for following along; you can also simply watch.
How do I join?
Add the class to your calendar, then open the Google Meet link on Saturday 14 November. Sign in to your Google account if Meet asks. Adding a reminder does not register you or send us your details.
Will it be recorded?
We can’t promise a recording, so join live if you can. That’s also the only way to ask Daniel questions as you go.
