Made 4 Tradies - Service Terms
1. Scope of Services
These terms apply to web design, local SEO, and optional hosting/maintenance services provided by Made 4 Tradies (ABN 33 189 153 652). Specifics of each engagement are set out in the chosen package. The 'Built in 7 days' timeframe commences only once we have received all required onboarding materials from you, including logos, business details, and any necessary domain access.
2. Pricing and Payments
All package prices are listed on our pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed, the standard pricing assumes you have an existing website we can pull content from. If you are starting completely from scratch, an additional $500 fee applies for the extra discovery work. Progress payments or upfront payments are required as outlined in your specific quote.
3. 30-Day Fair Dinkum Guarantee
We back our work with a 30-Day Fair Dinkum Money-Back Guarantee. If within 30 days of your new website going live you decide it is not working for you, we will refund your payment in full and, if applicable, restore your old website. No hard feelings.
4. Hosting, Maintenance & CMS
Website builds come with complimentary initial hosting and maintenance (one or two months, depending on your package). After this period, you can opt into our ongoing maintenance plan at $50/month. This covers uptime monitoring, unlimited minor text and photo changes (excluding full rebuilds), and access to website analytics. You may cancel the monthly maintenance plan at any time with 14 days' written notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, you agree to provide feedback and necessary assets promptly. You guarantee that you have the right to use, and give us permission to use, any logos, images, or content you provide to us for the website.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the final invoice, you own the final website, copy, and domain (if purchased on your behalf). Made 4 Tradies retains the right to use the completed site and designs in our portfolio and case studies. We retain ownership of our underlying custom code frameworks and tools.
7. Refer & Earn Program
If you refer a new client to us, you are eligible for our referral reward. You will receive 10% of the up-front value of the website build (excluding any trailing commissions or ongoing maintenance fees) once the referred client signs off and pays for their build.
8. Liability
While we build websites designed to get you work and improve your local SEO, Made 4 Tradies cannot guarantee specific rankings on Google, as algorithms change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, including lost revenue or downtime caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting or domain registries), is limited to the amount paid for the services.
9. Privacy
Made 4 Tradies collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. See /privacy.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
